How much is Shipping?

How can I return items?

Our Guarantee: It is the policy of the American Diabetes Association to accept returns for a refund of the purchase price within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. The materials must be in resalable condition. Returns should be accompanied by the receipt and/or order number.

Video, computer and audio materials are non-refundable once the seal is broken on the item. eBooks, PDFs, and other digital products are not eligible for returns.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
